Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over €125.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch. All shipments leave our facility in France through La Poste, a certified carbon-neutral carrier.

Estimated delivery times

  • France: 2–3 business days
  • Europe (EU + UK): 3–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–14 business days

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or customs fees not covered by FineAF.

All items are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging, designed to minimize waste and protect your pieces responsibly.

Full Return Policy

  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days, with proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process & Refunds

Returns can be requested within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

Returns are subject to a 10€ return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
International return fees vary by location.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

Once confirmed, we’ll replace it at no cost (or issue store credit).
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, **refuse delivery** and notify us immediately.
