The clothes
How does it fit?
Boxy and relaxed. Take your usual size for the intended fit, one down if you want it closer to the body. Full flat measurements are on the size guide.
What's it made of?
Heavyweight cotton-blend fleece, brushed soft on both faces. The weight differs by piece — the Magnetic and Iconic are 350 g/m², Electric is 345 g/m², and Visionary is 400 g/m², the heaviest of the range. Every product page lists that piece's exact composition rather than rounding it into something that sounds nicer.
Why is the word so small?
Because change happens quietly. It's a reminder for you, not an announcement to the room. If you want a logo people can read across a street, we're not it.
Will the print crack or fade?
It's printed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Wash inside out at 30°C and it stays tonal. Don't iron directly onto the mark.
Is it unisex?
Yes. One cut per piece. The hoodies and the Visionary crewneck run S to 2XL; the Iconic crewneck starts at M because that cut runs large.
Ordering
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free delivery on every order, everywhere we ship. No minimum, no threshold, nothing added at checkout.
How long until it arrives?
2–3 business days to make and dispatch, then 3–10 business days across the EU. Longer for UK and rest of world. Everything ships tracked.
Why does it take longer than other shops?
Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Your piece is made after you order it. That's slower, and it's the reason we don't produce clothes nobody bought.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours and we'll cancel and refund in full. After that it's already in production.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 70 countries. If yours isn't at checkout, email us.
Will I pay customs?
EU prices include VAT. Orders dispatch from the UK, so an EU delivery can occasionally attract an import charge — email us if that happens to you. UK and non-EU orders may attract local import charges on delivery.
Returns
What's the return window?
14 days from delivery. Pre-paid returns cost €10, deducted from your refund, or you can arrange your own tracked return at your cost. Full detail on the shipping and returns page.
It arrived damaged.
Email hello@fineaf.shop with your order number and a photo. We replace it, no cost, no return fee.
The brand
Are your materials certified?
Not yet. We don't hold GOTS, OEKO-TEX or vegan certification, and we won't print those words on the site until we do. What we can stand behind today is made-to-order production and labelling that states the real composition. When a certification is genuinely ours, we'll name it.
